We construct an education based gentrification measure to test whether gentrification has differential impacts on economic activity in Opportunity Zone and non-Opportunity Zone neighborhoods. Using the District of Columbia (D.C.) as a case study we predict the impact of economic activity in Opportunity Zone-eligible neighborhoods.
